Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of agricultural products and pesticides, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the agriculture, landscaping, and pest control sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell agricultural products, fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, irrigation solutions, and pest control products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with pest control companies, agricultural farms, landscaping companies, municipalities, distributors, and other key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Plant Protection, Pest Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural, pesticide, or pest control product sales.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural chemicals, public health pesticides, fertilizers, and related products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience dealing with pest control companies and agricultural distributors.
- Knowledge of UAE pesticide regulations and the pest management industry.
- Existing customer network within the agriculture or pest control sector is an advantage.
- Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
