Overview
- Generate new Leads and secure new Business Opportunities in B2B & B2C
- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential Clients – Investors / Developers – Contractors – Consultants – Interior Décor Companies
- Negotiate Price & Terms with Clients to close Deals profitably
- Regular follow-up of submitted Quotes to ensure a high conversion rate
- Maintain a healthy Sales Pipeline to achieve Monthly & Annual Sales Targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders. Identify and build new Relationships
- Provide pre and post-sales support by addressing Client Queries and concerns promptly
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with Design, estimation, production and Execution Teams to ensure Client requirements are accurately incorporated in the Design, price quoted will meet Client expectations and generate targeted profit and execution as per required/agreed time lines
- Monitor Market Trend, Competitor Activities/pricing to develop and execute Sales strategies
- Recommend improvements in products, process and service based on Market feedback
- Prepare and provide Management with Weekly / Monthly Sales Reports, Forecasts and Pipeline Updates
- Execute tasks and activities that support the strategic plans set by higher management
- Engage in improvement discussions, implementing feedback to enhance performance and support team success
- Generate and submit regular operational reports on specific tasks and projects to middle management, highlighting key performance metrics and progress updates
- Participate in opportunities to enhance job-specific skills and knowledge, aiding personal and organizational growth
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, marketing, and other departments to meet customers' needs
