B2b And B2c Sales Executive

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both B2B and B2C sales, with a passion for building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service.

Candidates with experience in the chocolate, confectionery, food, or FMCG industry will be given preference.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, managing orders from inquiry to delivery, supporting corporate accounts, and assisting with events and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing B2B and B2C customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, corporate accounts, retailers, and distributors.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and introduce new products to potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.

Customer Service & Order Management

  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, social media, and in-person visits.
  • Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status and provide updates to customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Event & Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate event logistics, customer invitations, and follow-up activities.
  • Represent the company professionally during events and promotional activities.
  • Support marketing initiatives and contribute ideas to increase brand awareness and sales.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Provide regular sales updates and market feedback to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales.
  • Experience in the chocolate, confectionery, food, gifting, hospitality, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
