Sales Executive – Interior Building Materials (UAE)

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for interior fit‑out and building materials?

Do you know the UAE construction market inside out and have a proven track record of closing deals?

If so, we want to meet you!

What you’ll do:

· Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients (contractors, consultants, developers).

· Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long‑term partnerships.

· Provide technical product support and tailored solutions for interior projects.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:

· Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the UAE, specifically in interior building materials, architetural metal, fit‑out, or related construction sectors.

· Valid UAE driving license (own car is a plus).

· Deep knowledge of the local construction industry and key decision‑makers.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English.

· Self‑starter with a hunter mentality, able to work independently and meet targets.
