Sales Executive

Overview

• The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities developing long term client relationships and achieving sales targets across the company’s products and services.
• The role requires a proactive sales professional with strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants contractors developers and corporate customers.
• Generate sales through field visits client meetings networking and business development activities.
• Prepare proposals quotations presentations and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contracts pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
• Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and update the CRM system regularly.
• Coordinate with engineering estimation procurement and operations teams to ensure accurate project execution.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Represent the company at exhibitions industry events and client meetings.
• Prepare weekly sales reports forecasts and business development plans.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and develop long term business relationships.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and maximize conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross selling across the company’s services.
