Role Description
This is a contract, hybrid Sales Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site client meetings and some work-from-home flexibility.
The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct consultations to understand their financial protection and planning needs, and recommend suitable insurance and savings solutions.
Responsibilities include managing a pipeline of leads, delivering presentations, preparing proposals, and guiding clients through application and onboarding processes.
The role also involves maintaining regular follow-ups, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and nurturing long-term relationships.
The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to stay informed on product features, regulatory requirements, and market trends, and will work toward achieving agreed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or financial advisory, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and build trust.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of or interest in life insurance, savings plans, and wealth protection solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle a varied client portfolio in a hybrid work setting.
- Comfort using CRM systems, digital tools, and basic office software for lead management and reporting.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages commonly used in the Middle East are an advantage.
- Relevant academic background (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, or related field) and any professional insurance/financial certifications are a plus.
- Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.
