Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, website inquiries, and walk-in clients.
• Convert consultations into treatment bookings through effective sales techniques.
• Explain hair transplant procedures, treatment plans, benefits, pricing, and financing options.
• Follow up with leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales process.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient journey.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and objections.
• Stay updated on industry trends, clinic services, and competitor offerings.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (Healthcare, Medical, Aesthetic, Hair Transplant, Cosmetic, or Wellness industry preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu.
