Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our growing team in the UAE.

In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, promote residential and commercial properties, and achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and existing clients.
  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct client meetings, property viewings, presentations, and consultations.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert qualified leads into successful sales or leasing transactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
  • Stay informed about UAE real estate market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in the UAE; real estate experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A UAE driving license is an advantage.
