We're Hiring: Sales Executive
Black Rock Warranty is looking for a motivated and confident
Sales Executive
to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and supporting sales growth across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers, partners, and business leads.
- Promote Black Rock Warranty products and services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Explain product benefits, coverage, pricing, and process in a simple and customer-friendly way.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and after-sales support.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, automotive, insurance, warranty, or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in handling phone calls and customer meetings.
- Target-driven, organized, and self-motivated.
- Ability to explain products clearly and build customer trust.
- Good knowledge of the UAE market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license is a must.
