Role Description
The Sales Executive role at Lubrimax is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting Lubrimax products and services within the assigned territory.
Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing and following up on quotations, and negotiating pricing and contract terms in line with company policies.
The role involves monitoring market trends and competitors, coordinating with internal teams on order processing and delivery, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts.
The Sales Executive will also be expected to meet sales targets, support marketing initiatives, and represent Lubrimax at industry events and customer visits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in lubricants, industrial products, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Promote and sell lubricant products to businesses and industrial clients.
- Ability to conduct effective sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Solid understanding of sales metrics, pipeline management, and basic commercial calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and customer data.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Valid eligibility to work in Dubai and willingness to travel locally for client visits as required.
