Tower Cranes, Passenger Hoists, Construction Hoists, and Cradles

Job Purpose
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven
Sales Executive
to expand our market share.
You will drive revenue by securing new rental contracts and equipment sales, while building long-term relationships with main contractors, project managers, and procurement heads across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- **Generate Leads:**
- Identify and visit active construction sites to pitch rental and sales solutions.
- **Close Deals:**
- Secure contracts for Tower Cranes, Hoists, and Cradles.
- **Promote Services:**
- Sell the complete lifecycle, including erection, dismantling, and maintenance services.
- **Client Retention:**
- Maintain strong relationships with existing contracting companies and consultants.
- **Market Intelligence:**
- Monitor upcoming mega-projects and competitor pricing in the UAE. [1]
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- **Education:**
- Bachelors or Diploma in Engineering/Business.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 1-2 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE construction sector.
- **Product Knowledge:**
- Direct experience sales or renting lifting equipment (Cranes, Hoists, Cradles, or Scaffolding) is highly preferred.
- **Network:**
- Existing relationships with UAE main contractors and procurement managers.
- **Driving License:**
Valid Uae Driving License Is
- mandatory

- **Languages:**
- Fluent English is required.
- Arabic or Hindi is a strong plus.
