Role Description

The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and presenting tailored real estate solutions to clients.

Day-to-day tasks include managing a portfolio of listings, maintaining relationships with clients and developers, negotiating and closing sales agreements, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.

The role also involves monitoring local market trends, contributing to sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.

The Sales Executive is expected to uphold the company’s values of honesty, professionalism, and client-focused service in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market or willingness to quickly develop market knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and properties, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfort with using CRM systems, digital tools, and online platforms for lead generation and property marketing.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or a related customer-facing role is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within Dubai for client meetings and property viewings.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering a positive client experience.
