Sales Executive – Middle East

Supporting the Middle East region
Nichebox is looking for a
Sales Executive
to join our team in Dubai, helping drive the growth of luxury fragrance brands including Clive Christian Perfume and Liquides Imaginaires across the Middle East.
This role is ideal for someone commercially minded, relationship-driven, and passionate about luxury retail.
Working closely with distributors, retailers, and regional teams, you will play a key role in delivering sales growth, executing brand strategies, and identifying new business opportunities across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop distributor relationships across the Middle East
- Drive sell-in and sell-out performance to achieve sales targets
- Align and execute activation plans in line with brand strategy
- Develop and monitor sales forecasts and performance plans
- Support assortment planning, stock management, and order processes
- Partner with Trade Marketing, Education, Supply Chain, and Retail teams
- Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities and support execution
- Monitor retailer and distributor performance, payments, and commercial agreements
- What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Experience within beauty, luxury, retail, or FMCG is preferred
- Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Experience working with distributors and retail partners
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across markets and functions
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and strong relationship-building skills
