Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Sales Executive will identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with individual traders, institutional clients, and financial partners across the company’s product portfolio.
Responsibilities
include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, and presenting tailored brokerage and trading solutions.
The role involves managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.
The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and contribute to sales strategies and revenue growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development within financial services, brokerage, trading platforms, or related markets.
- Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, and other trading products, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, client-friendly terms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a consultative and client-focused approach.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with diverse clients, including high-net-worth individuals and institutional accounts.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and online trading platforms to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages common in the region (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or Mandarin) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance considerations in financial markets is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working in Dubai or the broader Middle East region is a plus.
