based luxury interiors and furniture

company specializing in the curation and delivery of high-end Italian design solutions.

The company focuses on providing premium furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, lighting, and bespoke interior solutions, working with some of the most renowned international (mainly Italian) design brands.

The company operates as both a luxury showroom and a project partner, collaborating with architects, interior designers, developers, and private clients to deliver complete FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) solutions for residential and commercial spaces.

Its positioning is strongly oriented toward the luxury segment, combining Italian craftsmanship, contemporary design, and tailored services to create fully customized living environments.

In addition to retail, the company is involved in turnkey interior projects, managing everything from product selection to space design, with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, functionality, and personalized client experience

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join the luxury furniture showroom in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for interior design, excellent client relationship skills, and proven experience in high-end retail environments.

This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets and promoting premium furniture collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients in the showroom, delivering a personalized and high-end customer experience
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle to recommend suitable luxury furniture and design solutions
  • Drive sales by actively engaging with walk-in clients as well as following up on leads and inquiries
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product collections, materials, and design trends
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, interior designers, and architects
  • Support showroom visual merchandising and ensure products are presented according to brand standards
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in furniture or interior design
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
  • Passion for luxury products, interior design, and aesthetics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Professional appearance and attitude aligned with a luxury brand image
