Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dubai.

The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and conduct client meetings and presentations to understand needs and propose tailored digital solutions.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting through calls, emails, networking, and events; preparing proposals and quotations; and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines.

The role involves close collaboration with strategy, marketing, and technology teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client objectives and are deliverable.

The Sales Executive will also maintain accurate CRM records, monitor sales performance metrics, and provide regular forecasts and activity reports to leadership.

Ongoing responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and representing Voltrazn’s brand and values in the market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital services, technology, marketing, or related industries.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into clear, value-driven digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Comfortable working with sales reporting, and basic sales analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of or interest in key client sectors such as hospitality, retail/e-commerce, real estate, healthcare, or education.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages relevant to the Dubai market are an advantage.
  • Eligibility and willingness to work on-site in Dubai and meet clients in person as required.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience required.
