Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads in the domestic market.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Promote and sell lubricant products to clients and customers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Attend client meetings, product presentations, and field visits as required.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience in the lubricant industry. Candidates with experience in the automotive industry will also be considered.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of lubricant products and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
• **Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.**
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
