Sales Executive – Ready Mix Concrete Factory (2 Vacancies)
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and motivated Sales Executives for our Ready Mix Concrete Factory in Qatar.
The ideal candidates must have experience in the ready-mix concrete industry, strong customer relationship skills, and a proven track record in sales within the Qatar market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and construction companies.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Promote and sell ready-mix concrete products to customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in a Ready Mix Concrete company in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar construction and ready-mix market.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
- Transferable visa with NOC required.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
