Role Description
The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar.
The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with hospitality clients, and promote the company’s product portfolio to hotels, hospitals, restaurants, gyms, and spas.
Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing customers, preparing and delivering sales presentations and quotations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and following up on leads to secure orders.
The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, monitoring market trends and competitors, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.
The Sales Executive will be expected to meet sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in hospitality, hotel supplies, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide responsive, solution-focused support.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple opportunities to meet targets.
- Good analytical and organizational skills, including maintaining accurate records and preparing sales reports.
- Familiarity with local Doha and broader Qatar market dynamics in hospitality is an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations); CRM experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages considered an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
