Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Qatar.
The Sales Executive will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
Daily activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing quotations, and negotiating contract terms in line with company policies.
The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, responding to inquiries, and providing product recommendations tailored to client needs.
The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and high levels of customer satisfaction, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and deal closing in a B2B environment.
- Experience selling security systems, CCTV, networking, or related low-voltage/ELV solutions, ideally with brands such as Hikvision, Ruijie Reyee, Televes, DSPPA, or Ezviz.
- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a consultative sales approach.
- Solid organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills to manage multiple accounts, opportunities, and deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages commonly used in Qatar are an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site, target-driven environment, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in the Qatar or GCC market, including familiarity with local regulations, business practices, and tender processes, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Qatar for client visits and site meetings.
