We're looking for someone to make cold calls, generate new leads, and bring in clients for our agency services — branding, digital marketing, content, UI/UX, and web/app development.
What You'Ll Do
- Cold call and reach out to potential clients
- Generate and qualify new leads
- Pitch our services and close deals
Requirements
Arabic & English speaking required.
💰 Base salary + commission on closed deals.
Qualifications

- en experience in sales or business development, preferably in a creative agency, marketing, or technology services environment.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, consultative selling, and deal closing.
- Ability to understand and effectively position services such as branding, digital marketing, content creation, UI/UX, and web & mobile app development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment and using data to track performance and improve results.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with creative, design, and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Eligibility to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, and availability to meet clients and attend local events as needed.
