Buy On Budget Trading WLL is looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Sales Executive** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have basic sales experience and be able to handle online inquiries, walk-in customers, and customer follow-ups professionally.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms
- Assist walk-in customers and provide information about products and services
- Follow up with customer inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Prepare quotations and coordinate customer requirements with the relevant team
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Update customer records and sales activities in a timely manner
- Support the achievement of monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Email, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Ability to handle online customer inquiries and walk-in customers professionally
- Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Qatar ID (QID) is required
- Immediate joining is preferred
