Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to promote immigration and overseas consultancy services.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective clients, understanding their immigration requirements, and converting inquiries into successful applications while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Contact prospective clients and explain immigration programs, visa options, and consultancy services.
- Conduct consultations and assess clients' eligibility based on their requirements.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams to ensure smooth application handling.
- Prepare quotations, service agreements, and client proposals.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
