Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Doha, Qatar.
The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and promote the company’s digital media services to meet revenue targets.
Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, tracking sales activities in CRM tools, providing regular sales reports, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
- Candidates should possess client relationship and account management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident public speaking.
- Candidates should possess negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and pricing structures.
- Prior experience in digital media, advertising, marketing, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
