A Doctor Positioning System designed to help physicians, clinics, and hospitals across the GCC grow their digital presence and attract patients.

We’re feature-complete and entering the market, with the UAE as our launch geography.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape how we grow.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Sales Executive to own doctor onboarding across the UAE/KSA.

You’ll sell directly to doctors and clinics, recruit participants into our early-access program, and lay the groundwork for a growing sales team you’ll eventually help lead.

This role is for someone who knows the UAE/KSA healthcare landscape, has worked with doctors before, and knows how to close.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard doctors and clinics onto Awriri through direct outreach — in-person, calls, WhatsApp, and events
  • Gather structured feedback from early users and relay insights to the product team
  • Build and maintain a monthly pipeline with clear targets and transparent reporting
  • Develop strong relationships within the UAE/KSA medical community
  • As we scale, help recruit and activate a team of sales representatives around you

Must-haves

  • Based in the UAE with the ability to start immediately
  • Proven experience working with doctors, clinics, or hospital stakeholders in the UAE or Saudi Arabia
  • Track record of onboarding healthcare professionals onto a SaaS or digital platform
  • Strong sales instincts — you’re confident, persistent, and results-driven
  • Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a significant advantage
  • Strong advantages:
  • Existing network of doctors, clinic owners, or hospital decision-makers across the UAE or KSA
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior sales reps
  • Background in healthtech, MedTech, or SaaS sales
