  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new Small and Medium Business (SMB) customers through outdoor sales activities.
  • The role involves generating leads, promoting telecom products and solutions, conducting client meetings, and achieving sales targets while building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • ***Job Description:***
  • Identify and acquire new SMB customers through field and outdoor sales activities
  • Generate leads and develop a strong sales pipeline
  • Promote and sell telecom products, services, and business solutions
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up on prospects and close sales opportunities effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and service activation
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and telecom regulations
  • Participate in sales campaigns, promotional events, and marketing activities
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • ***Preferred Experience:***
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecom sales, B2B sales, SMB sales, or outdoor sales
  • Experience in the UAE telecom industry is preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • English proficiency; Arabic is an advantage
  • ***Educational Qualification:***
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • ***Skills & Abilities:***
  • Strong B2B and outdoor sales skills
  • Lead generation and customer acquisition experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Knowledge of telecom products and services
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Prospecting and pipeline management abilities
  • Good presentation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Basic CRM and MS Office knowledge
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in the field
  • Problem-solving and customer handling skills
