About This Role
We are currently seeking detail-oriented Relationship Officers, both freshers and experienced professionals, for the sales of banking products to join our growing organization. We offer competitive salaries, attractive incentives, and excellent career growth opportunities.
Responsible for selling credit cards/personal loans by finding new sales opportunities not limited to usual sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc).
Achieving sales targets through direct selling as agreed with the Sales Manager.
Conducting promotional activities, group meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes.
Briefing customers on the documentation, application and approval process
Managing achievements of sales objectives by setting sales targets
Meet with credit card and loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information for the applications
Submit the applications in a timely manner
Respond to applicants' questions and resolve any related issues.
Operate in compliance with laws and regulations.
