- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell concrete products such as kerb stones, blocks, interlocks, paving stones, and related products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Follow up on payments and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project pipelines.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management.
