OnlyAce Media is a Dubai-based creative advertising and content agency working with real estate, hospitality, and consumer brands across the UAE — delivering content production, performance marketing, and brand campaigns.
We're expanding our sales team and looking for 2 driven Sales Executives to close deals on a commission-only basis.
High-reward role for someone who knows how to sell and wants uncapped earning potential.
What You'Ll Do
- Convert qualified leads provided by the company into signed clients
- Also source and close your own leads in the UAE market
- Present our service packages (social media, content production, performance marketing, TVC/video)
- Negotiate and close deals per company pricing and payment terms
- Maintain a simple lead/deal tracker
- What we're looking for:
- Proven sales/BD experience (agency background preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with 100% commission-only structure
- Must work on-site from our Dubai office, Mon–Fri, 10am–6pm
- Bonus: existing network of business owners/marketing decision-makers in UAE
Compensation
- 100% commission, 2%–15% depending on deal size and lead source, paid on collected payment only
- No earnings cap
- Company-provided leads to start, plus freedom to close your own
