Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and distributors.

Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends and customer requirements.

Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the cement industry

Strong network within the construction and building materials sector.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Valid driving license is mandatory.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
