Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a sales executive/business development manager.
The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
include prospecting leads, conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and overseeing client onboarding.
The individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs and liaise with internal teams to deliver tailored technological solutions.
Monthly Revenue Generated | Commission Rate
Up to AED 2,250 | 10%
AED 2,251 – AED 4,500 | 12%
AED 4,501 – AED 13,500 | 15%
Terms & Conditions
- Commission will be calculated on successfully closed and paid business.
- Revenue will be considered only after payment is received from the client.
- Commission payouts will be processed monthly.
- Any cancelled, refunded, or unpaid projects will not be eligible for commission.
- There is no cap on earnings; higher sales result in higher commission payouts.
- This is a performance-based role with unlimited earning potential.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Sales Strategy
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Understanding of Software Development, Digital Transformation, and AI-powered systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage sales targets in a remote setup
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the tech or software industry is highly desirable
