Sales Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and enter new international markets.
• Prospect, evaluate, and appoint distributors, agents, and retail chains.
• Manage long-term relationships with international clients and regional distributors.
• Drive international revenue targets and negotiate cross-border contracts and pricing.
• Ensure overseas partners maintain brand image, marketing guidelines, and merchandising standards.
• Adapt perfume packaging, volume sizes, and advertising for local cultural preferences.
• Build pricing matrices that account for duties, shipping, purchasing power, margins, commissions, freight, and tariffs.

Requirements and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven export sales track record; luxury, cosmetics, or fragrance experience is ideal.
• Deep knowledge of international customs, compliance, and dangerous goods shipping.
• Familiarity with fragrance families, scent compositions, and brand storytelling.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• International travel for client meetings and trade shows is required; 50% travel is listed as preferred.
• Driving license is preferred for outdoor sales in some regions.
