**Naoki Group** is currently seeking an experienced **Sales Executive** for **Naoki Automotive Systems LLC** with a background in **Genuine Auto Spare Parts or Aftermarket Auto Spare Parts, or both**.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling automotive spare parts for **Japanese, Korean, and/or European vehicles**, with familiarity in using **EPC Catalog** and strong customer service skills.
Previous UAE market experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, providing accurate product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Utilize your expertise in automotive spare parts to assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts.
- Efficiently manage and navigate the EPC Catalog to locate and identify parts accurately and promptly.
- Handle both retail and wholesale sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to generate and grow sales opportunities.
- Arrange shipments, verify parts accuracy, check for discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor and organize inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and availability.
- Address and resolve customer issues or concerns related to parts and services in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- **atleast 2–5 years of UAE experience** in automotive spare parts sales.
- Proven experience in **Genuine Automotive Spare Parts, Aftermarket Automotive Spare Parts, or both**.
- Experience with one or more of the following vehicle segments - Japanese vehicles, Korean vehicles, European vehicles
- Experience in **counter sales, field sales, or wholesale sales** is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and catalog management systems (**EPC**).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Previous UAE market experience is highly desirable.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in **Genuine Parts, Aftermarket Parts, or a combination of both** will be considered.
Experience handling **Japanese, Korean, or European vehicle spare parts** is highly valued.
