- Responsible for profitability in both the new and used vehicle departments and for customer retention.
- To achieve this, you must effectively manage sales personnel; have a strong knowledge of the market, and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments’ financial data as well as strong customer relations skills.
- Male or Female (Arab National can communicate both Arabic and English)
- Have 5 years working experience in Automobile field.
- Meet costumers with hand shake and warm friendly smile.
- Studied prices and financing options’ for potential consumers.
- Negotiate pricing, offer easy financing options and other documentation.
- Discuss customers' needs and advise them on the most suitable vehicle.
- Arrange test-drives.
- Negotiate the sale price of vehicles, including any 'trade-in' price for customers' old cars.
- Work out finance arrangements, which may include cash payments or a car loan.
- Highlight additional products to customers, such as accessories or after-sales service.
- Complete associated paperwork and pre-delivery inspections.
- Update stock lists, placing orders for new cars from manufacturers and buying in used cars.
- Prepared sales slips or sales contracts.
- Sold various types of automobiles both new and used cars.
- Research on various new editions of automobiles, its performance and other information regarding automobiles.
- Scouted for new and potential buyers of automobiles.
- Negotiated with various customers or clients regarding price and best deals.
- Assisted customers/clients in choosing best automobiles that suits their satisfaction.
Skills
- Great self confidence and outgoing personality.
- Exceptionally, smart appearance; polite and professional approach to dealings with customers.
- Excellent negotiating skills and strong persuasive manner.
- Uncommon passion for motor vehicles.
- Considerable level of numeracy and the ability to work out costs.
- Profound business sense.
- Strong ability to work alone without direct supervision.
- Excellent work ethic and team skills.
- Remarkable knowledge of finance.
- Solid ability to work to targets with a proven track record in car sales.
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
