Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales of our automotive services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and digital platforms
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed sales
- Promote company services including denting & painting, polishing, PPF, tinting, and detailing
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Coordinate with workshop and operations team for smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of experience in the automotive service industry (mandatory)**
- Valid **UAE driving license (mandatory)**
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Good knowledge of automotive services (PPF, detailing, painting, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
- **Fluency in English is required; Arabic speaking is a plus**
