Sales Executive – HoReCa Division
Hearty Mart Overseas General Trading LLC is seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Executive to develop and grow our HoReCa business across the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business from hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering companies, cloud kitchens, bakeries, food manufacturers, and food service distributors.
The role involves regular customer visits, product presentations, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Our product portfolio includes premium spices, seasonings, spice blends, fried onion, onion powder, gravies, instant mixes, dry fruits, and food ingredients under our HoReCa brand **Chef Ki Pasand**.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new HoReCa customers across the UAE.
- Visit hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies daily.
- Build relationships with Executive Chefs, Purchase Managers, and F&B Managers.
- Present products and conduct sampling activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE HoReCa sales experience.
- Experience in food ingredients, spices, seasonings, FMCG, or food service products.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Existing HoReCa customer network will be an advantage.
