Sales Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and market research.
• Conduct client visits, understand requirements, and present suitable solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate with clients and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups until project closure.
• Coordinate with technical, project, and operations teams for successful project execution.
• Monitor market and competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• B2B sales/business development experience preferred.
• Experience in storage solutions, warehouse solutions, racking, industrial products, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to conduct client visits independently.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• UAE market experience and UAE driving license are mandatory.

Compensation

• Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
