Currently, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and jointly explore high-value industry markets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with local business partners to develop and expand target clients, including government public institutions, financial institutions, manufacturing enterprises, and telecom operators.
- Responsible for full-cycle sales work, including market development, customer prospecting, demand communication, product presentation, solution proposal, business negotiation, contract signing, and deal closing.
- Accurately capture customer pain points and business demands, combine the company's AI software products and customized intelligent solutions, and provide professional and tailored digital transformation solutions for clients.
- Maintain long-term stable cooperative relationships with new and existing customers and local partners, follow up project delivery and after-sales cooperation, and tap secondary business opportunities.
- Collect industry market dynamics, competitor information and customer demand trends, feed back valid market data to the team, and assist in optimizing sales strategies and product solutions.
- Achieve individual and team annual sales targets and complete scheduled sales KPIs steadily.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields is preferred; 5-10 years of B2B sales experience in software, AI technology, digital transformation or enterprise service industries.
- Familiar with the business operation modes of government, finance, manufacturing, telecom and other mid-to-high-end industries, with relevant industry client resources is a strong plus.
- Excellent business negotiation, communication and presentation skills, able to independently complete customer development and business docking.
- Possess strong market insight, goal orientation and anti-pressure ability, with good team collaboration awareness and customer service awareness.
- Basic understanding of AI software, intelligent systems or enterprise digital transformation business is preferred; fresh graduates with outstanding comprehensive quality are also welcome.
- Fluent in both oral and written English is a plus for international business cooperation.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Proficient in Chinese (spoken and written) is preferred.
