Reports To:** Sales Manager And General Manager
We are looking for a **target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive** to generate business for our **Cleaning and Maintenance services** across both **B2B and B2C segments**.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in field sales, capable of handling residential and commercial clients, and confident in closing deals through direct client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in **residential and commercial sectors**
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and meet potential clients
- Promote services such as **deep cleaning, general cleaning, maintenance, and AMC contracts**
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain daily sales reports and pipeline.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of **outdoor sales experience in UAE**
- Experience in **cleaning, maintenance, or service industry** preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle both **B2B & B2C clients**
- UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Languages: English & Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)
Preferred
- Existing client network in UAE
- Experience in **AMC / service contracts sales**
- Familiarity with CRM tools
