Job Summary
We are looking for a **dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Executive** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting clients, presenting our photocopier rental and IT solutions, and closing sales deals.
The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits
- Meet corporate clients including **companies, schools, construction firms, and government offices**
- Promote **photocopier rental services, refurbished machines, and IT solutions**
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain service benefits
- Prepare and submit quotations and proposals
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Coordinate with the technical team for installations and service support
Requirements
- **Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)**
- Minimum **1–2 years of outdoor sales experience in UAE** (B2B preferred)
- Experience in **office equipment, IT solutions, or printer/copier industry** is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Good knowledge of **Abu Dhabi / Dubai corporate market**
- Proficiency in English (Malayalam / Hindi / Arabic is an advantage)
