Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the United Arab Emirates.

The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities for polythene sheets, bags, films, and related packaging products, focusing on construction, industrial, and commercial clients.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting leads, conducting client visits, preparing and delivering product presentations, and managing the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing.

The role involves preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and contract terms within company guidelines, and coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

The Sales Executive will also maintain and grow existing accounts, monitor market trends and competitors, update the CRM or sales reports, and provide regular feedback to management on pipeline status and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills in B2B environments, ideally in plastics, packaging, construction materials, or related industrial products.
  • Strong relationship-building, client servicing, and negotiation abilities, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Good understanding of basic commercial and pricing concepts, including margins, terms, and contract conditions.
  • Ability to prepare sales reports, maintain a structured pipeline, and use basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field and on-site with customers.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region for client visits.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Prior experience in the UAE market and knowledge of local construction and packaging sectors is a plus.
