We are seeking a driven and results-oriented

Business Automation & Digital Growth Sales Executive

to join our Dubai team and play a key role in expanding our client portfolio across the UAE.

Please note:

This is a full-time on-site position based at our Dubai office.

Candidates must be available to work from the office and meet clients across the UAE when required.

Key Responsibilitiesbusiness Development

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across the UAE market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Solution Consulting & Sales

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and business objectives.
  • Present and position VAM's CRM, Digital Marketing, and Business Automation solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, particularly for Bitrix24 and workflow automation solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.

Account Growth & Client Success

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with project and marketing teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
  • Build long-term client relationships and contribute to customer retention and satisfaction.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify growth opportunities across key industries including Real Estate, Healthcare, Retail, Professional Services, and more.

Requirementsexperience

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE.
  • Proven success in selling one or more of the following:
  • CRM Solutions

• Business Automation Solutions

  • ERP Systems

Skills

  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Bitrix24, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred.
  • Ability to understand business processes and recommend technology-driven solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong networking and lead generation capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
