Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, presenting CoreNova's product offerings, and establishing new business opportunities.
Key tasks include client meetings, product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
The Sales Executive will also contribute to refining go-to-market strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Present and demonstrate Kudra and Docuware solutions to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up to date with Kudra and Docuware products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of work experience in sales.
- Proven experience in IDP/DMS/ERP sales or Ai Saas Sales.
- Strong understanding of document backlog and business processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a confident and proactive personality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in technology or software sales will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Sales, preferably in the SaaS or digital transformation industries
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), or Ai Saas solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to conduct product demonstrations and deliver impactful client pitches
- Negotiation and contract management expertise, with the ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships
- Experience in collaborative teamwork within cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with exceptional problem-solving ability
- Background knowledge of technology trends in AI, automation, and enterprise solutions is a plus
- Current Location: Candidate must currently be based in the UAE or KSA.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Software Saas Sales.
