As a certified Bitrix24 Gold Partner, we deliver end-to-end solutions including CRM deployment, sales automation, marketing automation, lead management, website development, digital marketing, and AI-powered business processes.
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Automation & Digital Growth Consultant to join our Dubai team and drive business growth across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across UAE markets.
- Build relationships with SME owners, decision-makers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Sales Consulting
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and business objectives.
- Present VAM's Digital Marketing, CRM, and Automation solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations of Bitrix24 and business automation workflows.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Account Growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with project and marketing teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
- Build long-term client relationships and drive customer retention.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities in Real Estate, Healthcare, Professional Services, Retail, and other key sectors.
- Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE.
- Proven track record in selling one or more of the following:
- CRM Solutions
- Business Automation
- ERP Systems
Skills
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Bitrix24, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred.
- Ability to understand business processes and recommend technology solutions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
- Fluent English is required.
