The employer is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive.
The role focuses on new business development, client relationships, sales targets, and commercial sales support.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms, and other sales activities.
- Build relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate with clients and support the sales process through closing.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Provide sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous sales or business development experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
- UAE market experience and a valid UAE driving license are advantageous.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
- The package includes performance-based incentives.
