Role overview
Sales Executive role focused on growing business for premium modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions.
Industry areas include modular kitchens, wardrobes, interior design, and building materials.
Sales and business development
- Drive retail sales by pitching premium modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions to walk-in clients and independent enquiries.
- Build a network with local architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to secure project leads.
- Conduct site visits to understand space requirements, layout restrictions, and client preferences.
Consultation and closing
- Work with the design team to present clients with layouts, material samples, 2D/3D views, and commercial estimates.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships from the initial meeting through final handover to support satisfaction and referrals.
Experience and qualifications
- Requires 3 to 6 years of sales experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, premium furniture, or high-end interior fit-outs.
- The listing also specifies five years of required sales experience.
- Requires strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-management skills.
- Requires ability to read basic floor plans and understand straight, L-shaped, U-shaped, parallel, and island kitchen layouts.
- Requires excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
- Qatar driving licence is required.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 4,000 to QAR 6,000 per month.
