The role involves communicating with prospective patients, understanding their needs, and explaining suitable clinic services.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up with patient enquiries and leads using phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Understand patient needs and provide information about clinic services.
- Convert qualified leads into consultations, appointments, and treatments; follow up to maximize conversions.
- Maintain patient relationships and provide a professional customer experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets; maintain accurate lead, follow-up, appointment, and sales records.
- Coordinate with clinic and medical teams to support the patient journey.
- Identify opportunities for treatment bookings and repeat visits; report sales performance and lead conversion.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is required; clinic, aesthetic, medical, beauty, hospitality, or similar customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident, professional phone and WhatsApp communication.
- Proven ability to follow up with leads and close sales; target-driven and motivated by results.
- Good customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English proficiency is required; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
- Aesthetic or cosmetic services experience is a strong advantage.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
Target and compensation
- Monthly sales target is AED 50,000.
- The description states a monthly salary of AED 3,000 upon achieving the AED 50,000 target; compensation can be discussed during the interview.
