Sales Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee inside sales activities across all business divisions, including lead management, customer engagement, and sales coordination.
• Provide comprehensive sales support to Team Leaders to facilitate departmental objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and records, including quotations, orders, invoices, and related paperwork.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and other relevant departments.
• Process customer orders from confirmation through delivery and completion.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and support customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a communication point between customers, service providers, and internal departments.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and outstanding customer requirements.
• Support lead generation, customer follow-ups, quotation preparation, and business development activities.
• Assist with outside sales activities, including customer meetings, site visits, presentations, and client relationship management, as required.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and records for management.
• Perform other duties assigned by management that are commensurate with qualifications, experience, skills, and training.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two to three years of relevant sales experience.
• An engineering background is preferred, particularly Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
