Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints or issues and resolve them in a timely, professional manner.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and prospecting activities.
- Present and demonstrate products and services in person, over the phone, or through virtual meetings.
- Develop long-term client relationships through ongoing support and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients after purchase to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
- Meet or exceed company sales targets.
- Stay knowledgeable about new products, services, and sales techniques.
- Track sales performance against monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
- Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
Experience and Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in a plant nursery or related field.
- Customer service skills are required.
- Good communication skills are required.
- Customer relationship management skills are required.
- Arabic or Filipino language skills are preferred.

- Work location is in person.
