Sales Executive - 10, 20 Stores & Discount Centers (Experienced in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Retail Centres and Supermarkets.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting FMCG products and securing prime shelf space.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, product placement, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with clients to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade activations.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements

• **Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the 10, 20 Stores & Discount Centers.**
• **Specialized in Dubai Region.**
• **Good Reputation with Discount Centers e.g. Gift Village, Gift Land, Kabayel Centers, Day to Day, Green House, Grand Barsha etc.**
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai Areas, Shops and Commercial Markets .
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across assigned regions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
